1, The 2 on your CRs can be disputed with the first letter posted in the Guide To Disputing/Removing Judgments thread.

2. What site is that? I normally can find online public records through the state/county courthouse websites. I'm just curious to know where you found the info.....
The 2 that are on your CRs should have a file # and who is reporting it (what county and if it's superior/circuit court) Try looking those up on the court's website and see if it's listed. If so, then you can call them to get more info and then go down to get a certified copy.

3. After getting the answer to #2, I may be able to tell you......lol.

4. Now this, I had to look this up because I honestly do not know.
From what I can gather, a tort is a wrongful act (done willfully or negligently) for which a civil suit can be brought. Motor....meaning a vehicle was involved.....I'm assuming.

5. No. You never want to submit more than one dispute at a time. Otherwise you could get flagged as frivolous and/or they will extend the investigation time by 15 days. You can dispute 3 or 4 items in one dispute (I wouldn't do any more than that) but then wait for those results to come back before sending another dispute.
