Yes, but if they are medical collections that aren't even yours......you should use the Medical dispute letter and send it to the CRAs.

One other thing you could try is contacting the original healthcare provider billing dept and explain the situation and that someone else was using your name/identity. You may even have to fill out a fraud report.

Oh and they may continue to update it and change the date. CAs can do that monthly. It just means they are continuing to report it.
