Just wanted to forward you some information in regards to your bankruptcy. Instead of disputing with the equifax, transunion, or experian you first should dispute with a company called LexisNexus. Since your b.k.r. is considered is a public record. Dispute your bankruptcy item with them just like you would do with the credit reporting agencies. The company listed above is the biggest public records data base. So to save your self time and not paying a lawyer to do this, once they remove it then dispute through to the three credit reporting agencies.Trust me all three credit agencies will check with LexisNexus first if listed there they will not delete it for you. Thats why it is important to dispute with lexisnexus first. I been there years way back i found out through trail and error. Lawyers charge 1,500.00 to do that? You can get done yourself. Lexisnexus address is 100 S. Fifth Ave. Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55402. Make sure to include a copy of your drivers license, social security number and 5-10 years of previous addresses. Good luck!
