One of my favs is truecredit.com
It gives you daily pulls (you can get an updated copy every 24 hrs) and it gives you scores for all 3. It's only about $12.00/mo
Another one (one that I use right now) is CreditSecure by Amex. Not sure if you can get it w/o an Amex acct though. It works pretty well and is pretty cheap.
Alot of them will let you have a free trial before you are obligated to pay........so you may want to just try some out before commiting to one (just don't forget to cancel the ones you don't want before they charge you).
As far as the scores though, each monitoring service has their own formula for calculating your scores. They aren't the real deal unless they are FICO scores. The scores you get from the monitoring companies are pretty much worthless. They serve as a guideline so that you can see if they are going up or down but that's about it.
