So what I will do is, pull through myfico.com later this week and get all three reports. I will send a verify or remove letter for any tradelines (if any) that are negative old collection items to experian, TU, and equifax. In stead of disputing each paid charge off, I will send a letter to the actual creditors, correct? So if I send a good faith letter to say Capital One, if they are in a good mood and understand my situation, , , they will tell each CRA to remove the item? (just trying to understand exactly how that one works)

any other input would be appreciated

thanks
The goodwill letter is to get a reaction.I'm currently in hassaling with cap one right now there real pricks about everything there sueing everyone right and left once you get everything back we can hatch a plan to clean it up.Yes they will remove it.Rember this will take time to fix and you win some and lose some.
