I SEND THE O.C. 3 LETTERS REQUESTING DOCUMENTS WITH MY SIGNATURE AND CONTRACT, Bank of America HAVEN'T RESPOND yet , FORD CREDIT DID SEND ME THE CONTRACT WITH MY SIGNATURE SAYING THAT AS MARCH OF 2008 THEY SOLD THE DEBT TO CALVARY PORTAFOLIO, AND IF I HAVE ANY QUESTION TO TAKE IT TO THEM (I GUESS THEY 'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE ANY MORE?
FORD CHARGE OFF THIS DEBT IN DEC.04 BALANCE $0
BEFORE THEY CHARGE OFF THIS DEBT, THEY AUCTION A VEHICLE I VOLUNTARY SURRENDER, THE BALANCE AFTER THE AUCTIONWAS $5999 SINCE THEY CHARGE THIS IN DEC.04 ,AND ALLEGEDLY REPORTING THEY SOLD THE DEBT TO CALVARY IN MARCH 08, CAN FORD AND CALVARY SHOW UP IN MY CREDIT REPORT?
NOW CALVARY IS CLAIMING $5999 ORIGINAL BALANCE ,AMOUNT DUE $7000,DEROGATORY CONDITION AND KEEPS VERYFYNG THIS DEBT NOT ONE 3 TIMES, AFTER MY 3 LETTERS STOP AND DESIST COLLECTION ACTIVITIES.
I KNOW I HAVE A STRONG CASE AGAINST, EXPERIAN TRANSUNION,CALVARY AND MAY BE FORD NOW IF YOU ADD THE OTHERS C.A. AND THE OTHER O.C. (BANK OF AMERICA MENTIONED ABOVE ,WELL I GUESS THIS IS NOT A CASE FOR SMALL CLAIMS ,THIS WELL COULD BE A CASE FOR A STATE LAW SUIT WITH BIG SETTLEMENT, ON ALL THE TIMES I DISPUTE THE CORRECT AND ACCURACY INFO FORD IS REPORTING THE EXPERIAN AND TRANSUNION THE LAST DAY OF REPORTING ON THE INVESTIGATION REPORT EXPERIAN SEND ME READS LIKE THIS

Ex is reporting the info given to them,you have to ask how it was investiaged,it was probaly by e-oscar.Both companies can report the account.You need to read up on the law,if your looking for a big settlement your not going to get it.If ford is reporting $0 balance that's correct.If they dont' respond they don't have to they sold it sold,same with boa.After the auction your lucky they didn't send you a 10-99 for taxes.You really have to go through everything to find grounds.And please quit shouting
