Those 2 things I mentioned above are the only things they would need.........and actually (unless things have changed in the past couple of years), from what I remember, it's only EQ that asks for that routinely.
If you have recent copies of your CRs, you might want to just try calling them first. When I first started repairing that's what I did and most of my addys/personal info were deleted/updated within a few days.
Don't worry if you actually did live there......still just say you didn't. Otherwise they will leave it on there.
Oh....p.s.......and don't go nuts if EX doesn't remove many of them. They are the toughest at deleting personal info. If any address is tied to one of the debts being reported (positive OR negative TL), they will flat out refuse to remove it. So do what you can. Get as much deleted as possible (including any name, SS variations, phone numbers, employment info, etc) and then move on to your other disputes once they have updated your CRs.
