I would probably dispute a few of them. Don't dispute them all on the first letter. Make sure you state clearly that you were "not late" or "never late" and that you want them UPDATED. You do not want them REMOVED (unless you want them removed).
CRAs will sometimes be dicks and remove positive accounts because consumers don't specify exactly what they are requesting.
