I sent a letter to Experian about 3 weeks ago and finally got a response recently. They said they couldn't investigate the dispute saying they wanted to know why I was disputing. They said I can use reasons like, "not mine" paid in full" "innacurate" etc. what is up with that?

I sent this letter right after I received their belated response.
